DELIVERY, Set Up and PICK UP:
Free Delivery in North Port; $20.00 Port Charlotte;
$25.00 in South Venice, Punta Gorda,
and Englewood. $30.00 Osprey, Nokomis, Rotonda and Venice; $50 Sarasota.
To any
other areas is $.75 per mile, each way.
Set up and take down of
tables and chairs, and tents may be subject to an
additional fee. If this service is desired,
arrangements must be made prior to delivery and/or pickup.
All rental rates are based
on a first floor delivery and pick up during normal working
hours. For deliveries other than ground floor or after
normal hours call for additional costs.
Deliveries or pickups might
not be available on Sunday or Holidays.
Someone must be available
at time of delivery and pick up to verify all rental
equipment.
If you discover a chipped or
broken item upon delivery, please notify us at once so that
you won't be charged for it.
Shortages must be reported
prior to the event or the invoiced quantities will be
considered received.
All items should be
assembled in a single location ready for pick up ( If
applicable)
Quantity reductions may be
made up to three days before delivery; after that all orders
are pulled, packed and processed. Additions may be made,
based on availability until the time we load the truck
Propane tank supplied with
all rented propane items.
If the equipment is
unavailable for pickup at the agreed time, customer agrees
to pay additional charges accruing at the beginning of the
next rental period.
For sanitary reasons, all
glassware, dishes, platters, serving utensils and silver
must be rinsed, food free and re-packed in the same
containers as delivered.
A charge will be made for
all boxes and crates not returned. All breakage, loss and
cleaning charges are in addition to rental charges.
Any of your items returned
with your order, will be held in our Lost and Found for at
least 30 days, after we’ve contacted you.
DEPOSITS:
Concessions: All machines
require a $25.00 deposit
Tents require 50% deposit.
Price includes installation.
25% on any other item rented.
$10.00 cleaning deposit on
all propane items and Concession Equipments.
A credit card number is
required as a security deposit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The renter is
responsible for proper use of the items rented.
It is the
renters responsible to decide (or investigate) whether or
not his/her
guesses are
capable to use (in a proper manner) any of the items
rented.
You are
responsible for loss, theft, or damage of equipment while in
your possession.
No equipment may be taken
apart, or moved to another address, unless Florida Party
Rentals and Supplies, Inc gives specific consent.
All broken,
burned, damaged or lost items are charged in addition to
accrued rental.
Items rented with propane
gas must be used outdoors to comply with safety regulations.
TENTS ARE MEANT AS
TEMPORARY SHELTER AND MUST BE EVACUATED UNDER EXTREME
WEATHER CONDITIONS.
TENTS ARE MADE OF WATER
RESISTANT MATERIALS THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEED WATER PROOF.

Rentals and Supplies, Inc IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TREE, SHRUB
OR GRASS DAMAGE CAUSES BY DELIVERY OR INSTALLATION.
Florida Party
Rentals and Supplies, Inc IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO
UNDERGROUND SPRINKLER SYSTEMS, WATER, GAS, OR ELECTRICAL
LINES.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
It is your responsibility to
monitor the weather for the upcoming rental date. If you
decide to rent from us and it starts to rain, no refund will
be granted.
There will be no charge
for cancellations due to projected bad weather.
When you place an order
with Florida Party Rentals and Supplies, Inc, that
equipment is reserved, prepared, and hand-packed
specifically for you.
If the order is cancelled
with little notice, it is likely that equipment was
unavailable to other clients. If an order is cancelled
within 48 hours of delivery , a cancellation or restocking
fee (30%) may apply. Special order items may be subject to a
restocking charge (30% ) if cancelled with less than 7 days
notice.
100% money back if
order is cancelled two weeks (o more) of delivery date.
A Credit will be issue if cancel, due to weather condition,
within 24 hours of the event date. |
